Wayne Marnell of Coral Springs, Florida-based Internet Marketing and Management Group, has been elected Executive Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Organ Donation Awareness Foundation (ODAF).

Wayne Marnell of Internet Marketing Management Group (IMMG), based in Coral Springs, Florida has been elected Executive Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Organ Donation Awareness Foundation (ODAF), effective September 5.  Marnell is the founder and COO of Internet Marketing and Management Group, LLC (IMMG).

The goal of the Organ Donor Awareness Foundation is to increase awareness of organ donation and to provide funds for the children of Organ Donor Heroes to begin or continue their education at college or vocational school. The foundation provides educational opportunities for those students whose education might otherwise have been postponed or interrupted as a result of the financial hardship caused by the death of a parent who was an Organ Donor Hero. “We welcome Wayne’s expertise and his company’s help.  IMMG has really given us all that we need and more.  It created our website, our logo, our branding and our marketing materials.  ODAF will be forever grateful,” says Neal Bira, the founder of ODAF.

Internet Marketing and Management Group’s client, FAHPERDS, held its 59th annual conference in Orlando.  IMMG founder Wayne Marnell attended the conference to gain deeper insight into the client’s needs.

Internet Marketing and Management Group (IMMG)’s Wayne Marnell was one of more than 1,200 attendees of the 59th annual FAHPERDS (Florida Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Dance & Sport) conference, which was held October 2-4, 2008  in Orlando, Florida.  The conference, held at the Caribe Royale Resort and Conference Center, attracted health, physical education, recreation, dance, and sports educators from across the state of Florida.  Mr. Marnell wanted to understand how the educators interacted and gained value from the conference so that he can help FAHPERDS implement its marketing strategies for the 2009 conference.

“Attending the conference and seeing this event in person can greatly aid in understanding the marketing and management efforts that FAHPERDS will require throughout the year,” said Wayne Marnell.  “This will set the tone and agenda for much of the marketing plan.”  He was impressed with the management execution of the conference and believes that careful planning and early marketing will yield results that will exceed expectations for the 2009 conference.

The key will be to engage potential exhibitors throughout the year with campaigns that compel them to make an early commitment.  The economic outlook for 2009 indicates that it may be a challenge to attract participants to multi-day conferences, so careful planning is crucial.

Internet Marketing and Management Group, LLC (IMMG), based in Coral Springs, Florida, assisted its New Jersey client, Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute, in its recent relocation.

Who says that your marketing firm has to be located in your town, or even in your state?  IMMG (Internet Marketing and Management Group, LLC) of Coral Springs, Florida has once again shown that the “Internet” in its name is totally operative.  When its client, Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute (AOSMI) of Freehold, New Jersey, recently consolidated its two offices, relocating into one huge new facility, IMMG played an instrumental role from Coral Springs, Florida.

Among the many tasks related to the move, IMMG had to redesign more than 50 pieces of collateral (letterheads, business cards, fax forms, and more), all with the new address.  IMMG designed moving signs with customized maps, created advertisements, designed “We are Moving” announcements, and it created artwork for interior and exterior signage.  Messages for AOSMI’s automated phone system had to be rewritten and recorded with the new location in mind.  IMMG even designed new golf shirts and helped to plan the Grand Opening event.

In moving to the larger facility, AOSMI added a Physical Therapy department, Advanced Physical Therapy of Freehold. IMMG designed APT’s new website, secured its new domain name, and created its tag line.  “The amount of work involved in a move of this magnitude is tremendous, but we were able to execute all the deliverables on-time because our team members remained true to the planning and management process,” said Wayne Marnell, IMMG’s founder and COO.
